We’re pleased to announce the first arrival of our four new DAF skip lorries hitting the road. With the new trucks on the road, Broxburn skip hire couldn’t be simpler!
Supplied by our local DAF dealer, these new trucks are designed to ensure maximum efficiency. Bringing minimal down time and reducing our carbon impact by investing in new vehicles with the latest technology. This model of truck has a range of new features such as the kerb view window to help the driver check for cyclists on the inside of the lane. It also boasts full air conditioning and a luxury air seat.
Our continued investment includes replacing our older trucks. This will help keep our fleet modern, reliable and at the front of the latest driving advances.
Not only do our drivers love their new trucks, customers are delighted with the unbeatable reliability they provide. Furthermore, our emissions are minimised too!
Truck Naming Competition
Our facebook competition is well under way to choose a new for the first new truck. Some early favourites have been inspired by “Still game”. As a result, we may need to get some bunnets and moustaches for the trucks to complete the look. Once the winning name has been chosed, we’ll get a large name sticker printed for the drivers door.
Thankfully, the name suggestions have all been in good spirits and comical. I was expecting eith Vin Diesel or Skippy McSkipface to win. Sadly they haven’t been popular choices.
Online Shop
Finally, our online shop is successfully up and running. Simplifying the order process and making it easy for customers to view and order our skips. With the addition of the new trucks to our fleet, we have extra capacity to supply skips. Therefore we are still able to deliver skips the next day from ordering. By investing in new lorries, we’re investing in our reputation.
